Installation of welding extraction in halls B10 & B11 – High- and low‑pressure extraction

The project scope included:
Renovation of old fans and filtration systems, including new bags and bag cages, new automation, cleaning, balancing, replacement of bearings and seals, etc.
Supply of new filter bags with cleaning automation and regulator.
Fabrication of a complete high‑pressure extraction system built into a 20 ft container.
Including 2 cartridge filters with a total filter surface area of 160 m².
Approximately 700 meters of piping for the high‑pressure extraction system.
Supply of specially designed and custom‑built supply arms including welding extraction, compressed/process air, 230V & CE outlets, oxygen & gas, etc.
High‑pressure extraction outlets, including local piping to each outlet.
Approximately 300 meters of piping for low‑pressure extraction, executed in Ø400–Ø630 ducts.
Approximately 250 meters of piping along floor rails at welding gantries, including outlets with end caps placed approximately every 6 meters. A total of 45–50 outlets.
Construction of 3 trenches in the concrete floor, approx. 600 × 600 × 15,000 mm.
Installation of brackets, pipe hangers, etc.
Belvent provided all necessary access equipment required for the task.
Various minor works, including supply of flux buckets and trays.
