Project Manager for Ventilation Contracts

Are you motivated by management, planning and managing of projects? Then you might be the one that we are looking for, in the position as our new project manager with responsibility for own contracts.

Belvent A/S offers efficient ventilation solutions of all kinds and solutions beyond the ordinary. As our level of activity is continuously increasing, we are seeking the right profile for a position as a project manager who can take responsibility for their own projects, including management, planning, and execution in collaboration with Belvent’s project administration.

In this position, you will play a key role in our project implementation, ranging from smaller individual solutions to larger ventilation projects. You will be involved in everything from the bidding phase, design, execution, and project handover, including documentation.

You will be working in close cooperation with our other project managers, administration, as well as our installation and service technicians.

Responsibilities in the position will include, but not be limited to:

  • Responsibility for the management, planning, and execution of individual projects.

  • Management and coordination of resources and personnel for each project, in collaboration with other project managers.

  • Project finances and budgeting

  • Preparation of bids for new projects.

  • Procurement of materials and coordination with subcontractors.

  • Participation in design, construction and coordination meetings.

  • Assisting/work on project and work drawings through the use of Revit/AutoCAD

  • Preparation and adaptation of production drawing for our in-house production.

How to succeed

You are characterized by a high level of energy and thrive in a dynamic environment while still being able to delve into technical documentation and details. You have the ability to work both independently and in teams, proactively seeking information when needed. Your work is organized and systematic, and you possess strong communication skills.

Additionally, we expect that you:

  • Have experience in working with product

  • Are quality-conscius

  • Is an experience user of the Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tools for handling technical product documentation

  • Has experience from a similar position with the necessary technical understanding and preferably a background in craftmanship.

  • Have experience in project management.

  • Ideally has experience with 3D drawing software such as AutoCAD, Inventor or Revit.

  • Has strong language and communication skills, in both orally and written Danish and English.
